Liene Baikova was born in Riga, Latvia. However, in 2019 she moved to England to study BA (Hons) Acting and Performance at the University for the Creative Arts and graduated in 2022. Liene is a member is the National Youth Film Academy in London where she works as a cinematographer and editor. She has a passion for the whole art industry, hence, additionally to acting, she is keen on dancing, modelling, photography, and scriptwriting. 

Over the course of her academic studies at UCA, Liene has gained experience for both stage and screen. Her training includes both devising and script performances as well as stage combat training, improvisation, physical theatre, and singing. Liene has studied and shown an interest in practitioners such as Stanislavski, Chekhov and Hagen.
